A 15-year website partnership, and an AI agent on the way
TTHM runs telephone town halls, P2P texting and voice broadcasts for cities, school districts, unions, transit agencies and campaigns. I built their website and have supported it for 15 years. Now we're building Theo, an AI agent that answers prospects the way TTHM's own sales team would.
The situation
TTHM sells a set of outreach tools that look alike from the outside but fit very different buyers. A school district planning a community town hall needs different answers than a union organizing members or a transit agency announcing a service change.
Prospects show up with specific questions about formats, audiences and logistics, and the answers lived with the sales team.
The website
I built TTHM's WordPress site and have kept it running for 15 years. It's my longest-running client relationship.
What's coming: Theo
Theo is trained on the sales team's own knowledge: the services, the use cases, and how they size up a lead. It answers questions on the site, collects the details a rep needs to follow up, and passes each lead to TTHM's CRM.
It's in testing with the team now, and we're tuning how it responds based on their feedback before it goes in front of prospects.
Highlights
- Built and supported the WordPress site for 15 years
- AI agent trained on TTHM's sales knowledge, not generic web copy
- Leads captured with the details a rep needs, then handed to the CRM
- Being tuned with the sales team before launch
