My own Colorado sports outlet, built and run in-house
Front Range Sports Net is an independent Denver sports outlet covering high school, college and pro sports across Colorado, from CU football to the Rapids and PWHL hockey. It's mine: published under Overtime Media, built on WordPress by me, and run by me day to day.

The idea
Local sports coverage moves fast. Game stories need to go up the same night, readers follow specific schools and teams, and photos matter as much as words. FRSN is built to keep up with that.
What I built
A WordPress site organized the way readers follow sports: by level (high school, college, pro) and then by sport and team. The homepage leads with the biggest story, keeps the latest coverage moving underneath, and gives photo galleries their own section.
Why it matters to clients
Running a publication myself means I live with the same things my clients do: deadlines, traffic, SEO, social, and a CMS that has to be fast for the people writing in it. What works at FRSN shows up in the advice I give everyone else.
